Hi, I’m Jen!

If we haven’t met before, it’s nice to meet you. Welcome to my world. I’m a wife to a great man and a very proud mother of three. Born in Virginia but I grew up in California and Minnesota. I have moved over 17 times in my life. I spent most of my adulthood in Texas and I do pride myself on being a true Texan since that is where my heart lies but I am a Floridian now. Enjoying the sunshine and beaches is my love language. I LOVE volunteering and have at one point been called a “professional volunteer.”

The last six years I have lived with a chronic illness, fibromyalgia and central sensitization, and eight years with an autoimmune disease, Celiac disease. Those two together have changed everything about my life. It has impacted my career, relationships, and my family. What was years of unknown symptoms led to answers and a grieving process of what I thought my life would look like.

My love for people, purpose and progress is what has led me to wanting to help others really achieve the life that they want. Circumstances can be overwhelming sometimes but what we do and how we respond and grow from those situations will help us progress in life or only make us stay stagnant. At The LYFE Out Loud we are transparent with what we want in life, what has held us back and are accountable to growth. Sometimes we just need someone to help us get to the bottom of what we really want, how to get there and how to keep growing from there   I can help you discover that as well if you have become lost in trying to find out what’s best for you.

My experience in corporate America, small businesses and volunteering has given me insight and experience in how we choose to live our lives and how we choose to move forward when life happens to us. Training and leading others to reach their full potential so that they can teach others has always been a goal of mine. If I can teach you to how to reach your family, employees, or volunteers then they in turn start the new cycle of change for the better.

I can speak with experience to those whose lives have changed from illness, whether that be you or a family member. There is a safe space talking with someone who understands illness and how your life changes but there is a way to live in joy, peace, and gratefulness.

Here we talk openly and are transparent about what’s going on in our lives. Transparency here means we talk about where we are right now and where do we want to be. For so many of us we think that life has itself already planned out. That could not be further from the truth. We get to choose our next steps with the information we have right now.

Here at The LYFE Out Loud I will walk with you through goal setting for your career, your passions, and your life’s goals. I will walk with you as you walk into a new purpose and live your own life out loud. The word LYFE is about YOU and the control YOU have over your own life’s decisions. Taking what is happening around you and using it for purpose.

Transparency builds trust among friends, family members, employees, and opens communication, and enables effective collaboration. It also means being honest about the stuff that has gone wrong, what is holding us back and learning from our mistakes.

So, welcome to my world and I am glad you are in it!

Live Your LYFE Out Loud!

Jen
